Satin Ice Meringue Powder is a versatile egg white product used in desserts and baked goods. Perfect for creating meringue, royal icing, marshmallow whipped toppings, fillings, and more. It also acts as a stabilizer for frosting.
**Storage:**
Keep sealed in a dry place at ambient temperature between 50°F and 90°F. Prepared meringue should be refrigerated or frozen.
**Yield:**
Approximately 5 cups.
**Instructions:**
1. Mix 3 tbsp (31 grams) of Meringue Powder with ¾ cup (139 grams) of sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Add 1 cup (225 grams) of 90-110°F tap water; mix and let sit for 2 minutes.
3. Whip for 2 minutes on low speed; scrape down the sides.
4. Whip on high speed for 5 minutes.

Dextrose, cane sugar, corn starch, dried egg whites, xanthan gum, carob bean gum, sodium acid pyrophosphate, cream of tartar, salt, natural flavor, sodium alginate, calcium lactate. Contains: Egg.
