Return Policy
We hope you love your cakeandcandysupply.com purchase, but if you need to make a return, please consider the following:
- Food items and items intended to be used with food cannot be returned.
- If a wrong item was received or arrived damaged, please contact us at sales@cakeandcandysupply.net. Please provide a photo with your email when possible.
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
- The returned product(s) and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form must be received within 45 days of purchase (this will be emailed to you once a return request has been made).
- Returns over $400 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Refund amount is not guaranteed and is dependent upon the condition of the items returned. Cake and Candy Supply reserves the right to deny a refund for items not in their original packaging or used.
- Items are to be returned via the preferred shipper at customer expense.
