Under normal use, any defective part of the product (excluding needles and nozzles) during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Creative Cookier. Please note, this warranty does not extend to damages resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, lack of maintenance, O-rings, air filters, replacement parts, or normal wear and tear. We shall not be liable for any injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our product.
