Recommended storage temperature should not exceed 75°F. Finished pieces should not be exposed to temperatures over 75°F. After use, store tightly in a plastic bag and replace the lid of the pail. Keep in a cool, dry place (not refrigerator). If oils separate during shipping, allow the product to cool, then knead the oils back in. Upon opening, the product may be hard; use a knife or spatula to cut off the portion needed, and microwave for 5-10 seconds.

Ensure your work surface, tools, and hands are clean and dry. Knead until workable and microwave in 5-second intervals if too firm. Avoid overworking or excessive heat. If oils separate due to heat during shipping, allow the product to reach room temperature and knead oils back in before use.

Ingredients for White & Colored Chocolate Fondant:
Sugar, white chocolate (sugar, vegetable oil [palm kernel oil, hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils], nonfat dry milk, milk, mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, salt, and artificial flavor), corn syrup, water, palm oil, potassium sorbate. May contain one or more of the following: titanium dioxide (coloring), blue 1 (E133), red 40 (E129), yellow 6 (E110), red 3 (E127), yellow 5 (E102).

Sugar, chocolate (sugar, vegetable oil [palm kernel oil, hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils], nonfat dry milk, cocoa processed with alkali, cocoa, mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, salt), corn syrup, water, palm oil, potassium sorbate. May contain one or more of the following: blue 1, red 40, yellow 6, red 3, yellow 5.
