Usage Instructions:
1. Before the first use and after subsequent uses, hand wash the pan with warm, soapy water. Avoid extended soaking.
2. Prior to each use, apply a layer of butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to ensure an even coat. Baking spray with flour can also be used, but avoid regular cooking spray.
3. Note that mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to prevent overflow.
